DR. BRYAN FRAZIER, OPTOMETRIST

In 1991, Dr. Bryan Frazier graduated from the University of Houston School of Optometry. He began practicing optometry in the greater Houston area. Three years later, he moved his practice to Tyler, TX. A fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Frazier is licensed in therapeutic glaucoma.  He primarily serves patients in Smith, Gregg, Rusk, and Henderson Counties. Dr. Frazier received his undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University in Kansas.

DR. SETH GOOLSBEE, OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Seth Goolsbee was born in Tyler, TX, or as he calls it, “the promised land.” He attended Whitehouse High School, followed by a year at Tyler Junior College before receiving his Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2014. That same year he was accepted into the University of Houston College of Optometry and graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2018.

DR. LEO MACK, Jr., OPTHALMOLOGIST

Dr. Leo Mack, Jr. is honored to be the founder of The Cataract Center of East Texas, one of the first freestanding eye surgery facilities in Tyler, TX. He has specialized in ophthalmology for more than 20 years. Dr. Mack’s subspecialties have included cataract-related, glaucoma-related, oculoplastic, and orbital reconstructive surgery. A Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Optometry, he completed medical school and residency at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium.
